Le 24 mai dernier, Denis Ferland, maire et Hélène Daneau, conseillère municipale, étaient conviés à une rencontre au Parlement canadien. L’objectif premier de cette rencontre était de se familiariser avec les nouveaux programmes financiers disponibles dans plusieurs ministères et faire valoir, auprès de l’honorable Marie-Claude Bibeau, débutée de Compton-Standstead et ministre du développement international et de la francophonie, les projets chers à la Municipalité.

On May 24th, Denis Ferland, Mayor and Hélène Daneau, town councillor, were invited to a meeting at the Canadian Parliament. The goal of this meeting was to learn about the new financial programs that are available with the different ministries and how these program function. They also had the chance to inform the honorable deputy of Compton-Stanstead and minister of international development and of Francophonie, Marie-Claude Bibeau, about the different projects that are dear to the municipality.
